This rating is to personally thank two employees.... Rosa and Jordan are the best! They are super professional and on it. They helped me navigate a stressful move and were very supportive. They make a great tag team and Extra Space Storage is very lucky to have them. My experience would not have been the same without their assistance and attentiveness. Finding the right storage space in LA is really tricky and great customer services goes a long way.

Really incredible customer service at this location! I visit our unit often for work purposes, and am always greeted with cheerful and hospitable attitudes. I had a really excellent experience coming to this storage. We arrived on the weekend and we found the placed staffed with only a single individual, her name is Rosa. And even though she was up to her eyeballs in things to do I found her service very thorough and professional. They have trained her very well, hats off to the management. The service here was great and friendly. The facility is super clean. I rented my unit in less than 10 minutes. Chris was great and showed me the lay of the land. Overall a really great experience
