i rented a space here. the facility is fine, lower teir than public storage or trojan but still nicer than some off brand spots. I got quoted $140/month for a 10x10, 2 people in person and 1 person on the phone all said this was the permanent rent, not a promotional price. They charged me and then AFTER they charged me they had me sign the lease saying it was a promotional price and it would change 'soon' or in 'a few months' to a different rent but they could not tell me the price.

My card was stolen and I had to get a replacement while I was out of town for work they gave ten days before cutting the lock to my unit. They upped the price ridiculously a few months after renting the space go to public storage. They wont even text you or leave a voicemail about any of this before cutting the lock so you have to magically be available at the address they have on file and not out of the country with a different sim. Crap service.

I rented a storage unit in December, as I was moving to a different apartment; it's a bit further from my current apartment than I'd like, but one of the cheapest rates in the area at the time. So far so good; I've previously had good experiences with a Public Storage unit I rented for 2 years in the past. Hidden fees and rate increases. Spoke to the call Center and was quoted $141 for a 10'x10' unit. No leases needed. Sounded good. Went to sign for the unit and of course there's some 'only charged once' fee. Then there's the lock you are forced to buy for $21. I had my own personal lock which I've used on storage units before as well as uhauls and trailers and they wouldn't even let me try it in the unit to see if it fit. I'm certain it would have worked. This place is not safe people being braking in. Besides the garage door it hasn't work since like two months ago and they don't care for the inconvenience because you can't storage big items that won't go true the regular side door. All they want is the monthly payment on time also u don't have access on Sunday or after 7pm right on time oh and one more thing they can raise your monthly payment anytime they feel like oh and more things check the pictures ones you inside look up and see that any skinny person can get into you... read more

Updating this to further indicate this trash company. Roaches, spiders, lies about climate control. They lied and charged my card earlier than due date. Literally have proof from bank with dates and they just continue to "deny ". I was never sent a contract by mail or email. No knowledge of a late fee being a percentage of price. I abhor this company. I am a chef and caterer and need to get my items and they won't let me into my OWN unit. I was never notified of a rent increase due to an error in my address. I came into the office and they agreed to refund the extra charge. We had a face to face conversation and agreement on this. A week later I see that I did not get the agreed to refund and called. I was notified then that they considered it to be my fault I had not been notified because I was responsible for the erroneous address in their system. DO NOT RENT HERE. They will raise your rent 30-40% months after you get everything moved in. Predatorial business practices that I'm sure will be outlawed in the state of California in the coming years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place used to be StorQuest. It was clean and safe. Now it's unsafe to enter through the back gate. There are a gang of homeless people crowding the entrance. Even though the sign says open at 8:00am I wait til someone is in the office because it's not safe being alone. They raised the rents after taking over and gradually the homeless moved in too. Don't store your stuff here! I'm looking to get out asap!
