I'm giving these 5 stars to Ms. Nita for helping me with much needed information about moving out of my unit in a timely manner so that I won't be responsible for the next months payment if I'm moving totally out. She was patient, knowledgeable, and rrespectful. I really appreciate that when you're overwhelmed with moving fees & the whole process, THANK YOU NITA!!!

Been here for almost a year recently upgraded to a bigger space. Danny was a huge help. Very kind and resourceful person. This person deserves a raise! Great asset to the team. The space I rent monthly is very easy since it has autopay and sends email receipts. This location is very clean and has security monitored 24/7. Overall this location is the best bang for your buck. Current Staff is friendly and very helpful. Place is very clean and affordable. Would recommend to anyone that needs storage in the area!

This particular Extra Space storage always is the best in all of DTLA. The guy at the front desk, Jordan, is always looking out for me and making sure my needs are met. I recommend this place to all my clients.

I've been using Extra Space Storage at the Chinatown location since it opened 3 or 4 years ago, and I must say, it has been one of the greatest storage experiences I've had. The facility is always impeccably clean, even the bathrooms, which is a testament to their high standards. I rented a unit when it was a brand new Storquest. The facilities are fine and mostly new, but after Extra Storage took over, they jacked up the prices without notice. I called and got the rate a bit lower, but it seems like there isn't really a rule, they up the price whenever they feel like, which is leading to mostly neutral to negative reviews here.
