I normally prefer written instructions (which were included) but I watched the installation video then just followed along. The owner gives a lot of tips in the video that really helped. The only problem that I encountered was that the plastic drywall anchors were very easy to strip with a power drill - fortunately they supplied extras and I just hand screwed them in.
