Great shelf/rod and awesome customer service I installed two shelf/rods to convert an unused bedroom into a dressing room for my wife. This product is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. It was also very easy to install...just like the videos on YouTube. I inadvertently ordered the the wrong part as an extension to one of my shelves. I called customer service and the owner actually took my call...when does that happen? David had my problem solved in 5 minutes and I was able to complete the installation. Nice little shelf and great customer service I bought this shelf/rod as an extension to the 'long' version of the shelf/rod so I could span across an entire wall. It was super easy to connect the shorter shelf to the long shelf and very easy to install. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part...called customer service and they fixed my problem in 5 minutes...very helpful.
