It was very easy to install, instructions were clear and the presentation was superb. I highly recommend this item. I purchased the longer version and it comes with 3 support pieces, more than enough to carry the weight. I had a question and called them on a Sunday , David answered the phone and was very helpful. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Great company, Great product.
