A high quality product from a company with excellent customer service. Putting up this shelf was a simple one-person job and the enclosed instructions were clear. I encountered a minor problem as I installed one of the shelf rods and damaged it (entirely my fault!) I contacted the company via email. They responded quickly and offered a replacement rod which was shipped promptly and fit perfectly. Problem solved and now I have a sturdy and very nice-looking closet shelf.
