Nice Neighborhood friendly Staff Very nice and peaceful neighborhood! A very spacious apartment with washer and dryer included. Maintenance is very prompt and looks into any issues right away. Lovely kitchen furnishings. Would definitely recommend the place!

It's an average apartment I live in the corner lower unit, so noise is relatively low, except when people walk by outside, then I can hear every word. I can also hear people walking when they are upstairs. The bathroom is my least favorite room in the apartment, I feel that it needs updates. The kitchen appliances work well. My room came with brand new full size washer/dryer which was a major reason why I picked this apartment. When I call for maintenance, they respond quickly, and management has also been great. Fairmont Park, where the living is easy Excellent place to live, beautiful well maintained grounds,large spacious apt.,washer dryer included. Maintance stays on top of all repairs..Fairmont Park great location, easy access to all freeways and shopping and resturants... I love it here, would not consider living anywhere else...
Stay Away! I lived in this complex for 3 years. The first 2 were great, and then in the last year, everything changed. There are many things to complain about but I will only stick to the top ones. The lead maintenance person was amazing. After he left, things went downhill quickly. I had a leak in one of my bedrooms that was only partially fixed. I had another leak in the laundry room, and that one wasn't even addressed. I was told that they are not going to go tearing into ceilings. I had a brown ceiling. That can't be hea... read more
