They don't refund even if it is their fault! They mentioned the apartment's address that was not listed in usps, amazon, consumer's energy or even in google maps! When I asked them about this (within 48 hours), nobody answered formally (as in email/documentation). When I called them, they would say 'oh, try this another address, that may work!! If not, maybe try changing number from 4 digit to 3 digit!' Really? They don't even have the proper reachable address of their own units? I did not want to trust living in an apartmen... read more
