RecommendedThe amazing staff,a few years ago before dr kate.dr Jacob was and still is our vet , my furbaby zak was 2 1/2 yrs old and he got really sick,dr Jacob was sooo amazing in trying to save our zak and when he passed dr Jacob had his paw prints prints a paper also he saved some of his hair with a ribbon for us..this is an amazing group of vets and I trust them completely with my furbabies
Fantastic staff! So caring and flexible at all hours of the day. Had my lab in with Xylitol toxicity and was out of town and the staff were beyond amazing through the entire process!

Dr. Kate is the finest and most caring vet I have found. She saved our boy while keeping costs as minimal as was possible. We will always recommend her and your other compassionate staff.
I took my dog in late in the evening on Friday, he had bloods and an examination and nothing showed up why he was feeling down/not himself and throwing up, he was giving medication and sent home. (Was recommend to have X-rays Friday night but we wanted to see if the medication would work first) On Saturday he still wasn’t right so we took him back for X-rays. Beyond thankful for Dr.Hanna, Dr. Lee and all other staff (especially the night staff) helping out my sick boy the past 5 days. My little westie gave me a bit of a scare and had to be hospitalized for three nights. They both did everything they could to 1. To ensure tucker was getting the best care possible and 2. Calm me down as I was hysterical all weekend. I have my little boy resting up back at home finally and I have all the amazing staff to thank for this. My 8 year old Pomchi was pretty sick, hadn’t eaten or drank in days, throwing up bile, and after I had gone over to my regular vet which my animals have been going to for over a decade, I was refused even a 5 minute exam... I rushed over to Family Pet and was with a vet in under 10 minutes. My dog got examined and blood work was started right after.
