Everytime I have been to family pet,that’s exactly how I feel... like family. They have always been so kind and caring and have treated my furr babies like their own. I love Family Pet Hospital. They understand that my dog Maverick has some aggression problems concerning what he considers to be “his” territory (the car) and were very helpful navigating the curb side drop-off and pick-up (COVID) with his behavioural issues in mind. It is one of the few places that Maverick will willingly walk into without me and I can tell they treat him well because he is often excited to go back and see the ladies 💕
The group of professionals that worked this weekend were truly amazing. Their care and compassion are above and beyond. Our poor pup had a serious issue this weekend and they were able to fit us in each and every time without hesitation! I have no words that mean how much I appreciate them, and apologize for those who had to wait after we were fitted in. RIP Qin. Thank you again.

We brought our beloved little Olive in the Sunday night around 9:30 thinking she may have been poisoned. They took her in while we waited in the parking lot (during this pandemic) and kept us posted the whole time she was there. 3 hours later she came out wagging her tail. I am so grateful for everyone there and how they looked after her and us. Thank you. Regardless of what made her sick she’s back to her old self again. ♥️
Dr. Kate is my regular vet and Dr. Kari Grandoni was my vet when Iroh (male cat) needed emergency surgery for a blocked urethra. Both vets have been amazing. They (and their staff) have been very good at communicating to me what is happening and what my options are. I know Iroh is in good hands when he is here!
We loved pet sitting Oliver and Simmy for our family and we are so thankful Oliver recovered from pancreatitis while in our care. There were lots of tears...lots of love and many prayers as well as asking our special angel Scottie to watch over him.
