RecommendedStaff and Doc's are super friendly and were great with my dog. He's an old and very timid small maltese. They made us both feel at ease and would definitely come back when we need to. Highly recommend!!

I’m so very thankful for this clinic and Dr.Kate. The kind, compassionate and knowledgeable care my Sphynx received on each visit is excellent. I have always had my questions answered respectfully and Dr.Kate and staff never make me feel as if my questions are irrelevant-my thoughts are always discussed and a course of treatment is agreed upon. Everytime I have been to family pet,that’s exactly how I feel... like family. They have always been so kind and caring and have treated my furr babies like their own. Dr.Kate is our regular vet and I can’t say enough amazing things about . Her and the clinic have gone above and beyond for me and my family and our furr babies over the years . 💙💜I HIGHLY recommend them, ESPECIALLY Dr.Kate💜

I love Family Pet Hospital. They understand that my dog Maverick has some aggression problems concerning what he considers to be “his” territory (the car) and were very helpful navigating the curb side drop-off and pick-up (COVID) with his behavioural issues in mind. It is one of the few places that Maverick will willingly walk into without me and I can tell they treat him well because he is often excited to go back and see the ladies 💕
The group of professionals that worked this weekend were truly amazing. Their care and compassion are above and beyond. Our poor pup had a serious issue this weekend and they were able to fit us in each and every time without hesitation! I have no words that mean how much I appreciate them, and apologize for those who had to wait after we were fitted in. RIP Qin. Thank you again.

We brought our beloved little Olive in the Sunday night around 9:30 thinking she may have been poisoned. They took her in while we waited in the parking lot (during this pandemic) and kept us posted the whole time she was there. 3 hours later she came out wagging her tail. I am so grateful for everyone there and how they looked after her and us. Thank you. Regardless of what made her sick she’s back to her old self again. ♥️
