Beyond thankful for Family Pet Hospital staff, for helping us out with Shorty, when our regular vets in Taber and Medicine Hat wouldn’t!?? They treated our boy with genuine compassion and utmost respect while giving him immediate emergency care that was critically needed tonight. We are both comfortable, safe and sound at home in our own beds, now we can finally get some sleep tonight. I will Forever grateful!!
The amazing staff,a few years ago before dr kate.dr Jacob was and still is our vet , my furbaby zak was 2 1/2 yrs old and he got really sick,dr Jacob was sooo amazing in trying to save our zak and when he passed dr Jacob had his paw prints prints a paper also he saved some of his hair with a ribbon for us..this is an amazing group of vets and I trust them completely with my furbabies

Fantastic staff! So caring and flexible at all hours of the day. Had my lab in with Xylitol toxicity and was out of town and the staff were beyond amazing through the entire process!

I took my dog in late in the evening on Friday, he had bloods and an examination and nothing showed up why he was feeling down/not himself and throwing up, he was giving medication and sent home. (Was recommend to have X-rays Friday night but we wanted to see if the medication would work first) On Saturday he still wasn’t right so we took him back for X-rays. It showed up he had a foreign object stuck in his stomach and oesophagus and he had to have surgery ASAP. Dr. Hanna and his staff were amazing!!! They were so kind, car... read more
