We brought our beloved little Olive in the Sunday night around 9:30 thinking she may have been poisoned. They took her in while we waited in the parking lot (during this pandemic) and kept us posted the whole time she was there. 3 hours later she came out wagging her tail. I am so grateful for everyone there and how they looked after her and us. Thank you. Regardless of what made her sick she’s back to her old self again. ♥️
Dr. Kate is my regular vet and Dr. Kari Grandoni was my vet when Iroh (male cat) needed emergency surgery for a blocked urethra. Both vets have been amazing. They (and their staff) have been very good at communicating to me what is happening and what my options are. I know Iroh is in good hands when he is here!
We loved pet sitting Oliver and Simmy for our family and we are so thankful Oliver recovered from pancreatitis while in our care. There were lots of tears...lots of love and many prayers as well as asking our special angel Scottie to watch over him. Have always been very helpful, while working within my means. Gave her good care during her illness. Made saying goodbye to my sweet Smokey as gentle as possible. Very friendly staff. Will def take my new fur baby there , once we meet .
On Christmas Day my husky x got her dew claw caught while out for a walk. We were visiting from Grande Prairie so was a little upsetting at first as our vet was 9 hours away. My sister told us to call here and in less than an hour she was in, fixed up and on her way. Cannot say enough good things. The price was also very reasonable especially considering it was Christmas Day. Highly recommend.
We’ve had a couple emergency visits here and both times they’ve been very attentive and helpful. Very loving towards the kitties and we are very appreciative of you’re work & care!
