The service is absolutely fantastic. My very first experience here was an emergency and we had unfortunately lost our cat due to an unpredictable health condition. The staff at Family Pet Hospital were so good at respecting the amount of space that we needed, yet still providing comfort to us. In less than two weeks, we had received complimentary ink paw prints to forever remember our kitty cat and a card hand signed by all of the staff. I absolutely love Dr. MacPherson! She was able to to solve my cat’s fur mowing problem. She knows my cats so well. I will never take my pets to another vet.
We have been taking both our cats and our birds here for over a year and have been absolutely blown away by them. We heard about their Cat Days open house in 2016 and stopped by to check out their offices and knew this was going to be our vet then and there. Since then they continue to prove just how amazing they are.
