Burgers lacked any real flavor. My wife hates their sauce on the #1 and only made it through a few bites. The fries were typical hand cuts, nothing really special. For the price I would expect a better meal.
First time there. Asked for the Veggie Quinoa burger. Substituted the garlic aiole with bbq sauce because I'm not eating meat or dairy for medical reasons. You would think at this point, the young lady taking my order would tell me that there is a huge glob of goat cheese on the veggie burger and, after getting naseous halfway through my meal, I discovered that there may be parmesan cheese in the burger. The burger is delicious BUT I went in last night around 9:15pm and asked for a number 1 with extra sauce and a milkshake...the milkshake tasted like just milk and whip cream...not that great...the main thing that got me was I didn't receive any fries with my combo...I was charged for them so pretty much I paid $13.63 for a burger and a milkshake...Not impressed and won't be back bc of them not putting my Fries in the bag also the lady at the counter kept calling me Hun where I'm from we don't call people we like Hun that's i... read more
Service was good , but I wasted $14. 5 guys is WAY better and cheaper. 1 and done for me.
I think the burgers are pre cooked. Ordered medium rare, settled for well done. I think pre cooked because I received my food about 8 minutes after order and it was well done. I think one slice of pork belly for three dollars is too much. The burger is good but overpriced for a pre cooked burger.
The fries were burned. The fries tasted like old burnt oil. The fries where boring even though they had seasoning on them. The best thing was the pepper sauce in the condiments. The burger was great. They gave us a gift card for the burnt fries. Great front staff. One of the Kitchen staff was interested in my burnt fries it seems he was buttering me up or some bull.
Mediocre overpriced food with terrible service. Tried to argue about the temperature my meat was cooked when I sent back a "medium well" that was pink throughout and red in the middle (medium/medium-rare). Food was greasy and their special sauce is just gross.
