They tried to charge my insurance ****** 10 times, ******* for 7 or 8 tests. My insurance co. sent me a denial for all 10. I could buy 8 test at drug store for ******. I have not received a bill from them, but if I do I will not pay for it. I have tried to contact them several times, but they will not get back to me. I have packaged them up to send back, but they will not get back to me. I have not used any of the test. FALSE ADVERTISING !
Ordered 1 kit got 5. All were turned into ******** even though it was advertised as free kit. Never do business with this company. They say all future orders have been canceled. I ordered nothing for the future. This is a scam.
This is a scam. I thought it was real government approved Covid tests. It is not. They just keep sending tests that I never ordered. You can not call them, I tried several times and no answer.I will be letting my insurance company know and posting on line to earn other customers.
Just order on 9/26 test kit, till today still not shipped! Government need shut this business down or send investigators to check is this a legit business or not!
I fell for the "Free Covid-19" Test. Giving them my insurance info to get 2 covid live virus tests to send to their lab, and 8 in-home tests. I should have gotten suspicious when I received 6 individual packages, and realized they'd be billing 6 times, but they ended up billing my insurance EIGHT times, total scam. $325 for a covid test, which I could get for $20 at ********** Now, I'm going to be in a fight to get this taken care of, without paying the $2,600 they billed to my insurance, and my insurance (rightly so) refuse... read more
Cannot connect to anyone or any method to cancel an order.
They charged my INS. ** 4 times and they won't pay it all because it is not authorized provider. There was no mention of money it said free, I sure didn't order 4. This is a rip off. I did not want to make anybody sick by going out it's crazy.
