I am experiencing the same thing as other commenters here. I got a huge package from my ******** supplement insurance saying they had denied paying these claims from this company. When I ordered them I thought they were free as other commenters did - they billed my ******** supplement insurance $3,250 for 10 tests! These tests aren't worth $325 apiece - at most $10 apiece. I am reporting them to the fraud department of my insurance company.
Complete and total scam. Someone needs to file a class-action lawsuit against them. They're CLEARLY advertising FREE services, but then they are billing insurance companies without customer/patient approval. You see a healthcare provider once, you get billed once. Not seeing the provider but continually being billed is fraud and may qualify for medical malpractice.

Scam. The website says it's free, they confirmed my insurance, but then they billed my insurance four times, at $325 each, for two tests.
Fast Lab submitted claims to my health insurance companies for free Covid tests. It is a big time SCAM! ******** needs to be contacted about this scam. All the complaints I read are legit
This company is scamming insurance companies. They billed my insurance company for 5 pathogy tests at a cost of $325. each for a total if $1625. Their website is very misleading. They are NOT associated with the government. I received 8 tests and 1 was to be sent back to them for testing for covid. I contacted my insurance company to file a fraudulent claim against them. Zero stars! This company is very deceiving! Similar to others complaints. Thought I was ordering free covid tests. Billed my insurance $325 per test? What they sent me was a biohazard bag of mismatched items that I assumed was left over from other tests. I threw it out! I was too scared to use it. No way to contact them. They should be sued for insurance fraud or abuse!!!
I ordered tests because advertising was great and didn't seem like scam but the service is so bad that it seems like a scam!
