I had questions about my delivery and the type of tests I received. I was very confused about the different tests. The on line assistant went above and beyond to help explain it to me and was very patient because I have a hard time understanding sometimes. The delivery option was explained to me that they come in groupings and they have an online tracking that makes it so easy. This company is an A+ in my book!

Scammed! This company is fraudulent company. I receive a pkg of something and they do not let you return it. They are scamming ******** big time.
Order was placed and approved for two free. Covid tests November 2023! By January ********************** response to their email confirmation of our order. This company is a scam. They keep sending these packages that we did not ask for. These packages come in two forms. One is a vial type COVID test kit where you send your sample vials to Fast Lab. The other is a self test using antigen test strip. I heard from my friends that if I send in the sample vial you will be charged outrageous testing fees. Sending me several kits without any explanation why I have them, or how they were charged. I have been trying to reach them and ask why am I getting them and how to cancel. i want someone to contact me.
Fast Lab Covid Test are continuing to bill my insurance carrier by mailing Fast Lab Covid Test Kits frequently, when I only ordered one box of the Fast Lab Covid Test Kit. Fast Lab are fraudulently billing/collecting costs from my health insurance provider. This is a fraud!
