I had a walk in appointment at 10 for another visit due to sickness, after I was brought back, no tests were redone, but I was waiting for over an hour before I left and went somewhere else
Head nurse was rude. Wait was awful.
Very clean facility, fast service and kind caring staff
The PA was rushed said it was viral. I know myself and I know I have a sinus infection. She didn’t even look in my nose. I won’t go back there again. And will tell others not to either.
Extremely slow and it was not at all busy. I went with knowledge of what I needed, with documentation as I called in advance. Staff still appeared to be in a state of confusion. The experience was anything but fast.
It’s unfortunate that the American Healthcare System will turn away a SICK CHILD due to “paperwork/insurance issues” because money is more important than the welfare of our children. Will not be recommendeding services.
Took 2:45 to get me back there then there computer wasn’t working right I know it wasn’t there fault the workers was great shit happens they did best that they could with the crowed they had
Staff really nice but the wait in the lobby isn’t urgent enough people are better off going to ascension saint urgent care.
The lady that was working at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and was extremely rude! She had told me my sons insurance wasn’t active but we had this issue last time. I called United Healthcare and they said his insurance was active that they were not sure why her systems were showing different. She asked for me to have them send a copy of something stating that it was active the lady at United said she couldn’t but could transfer me to someone that could.
