Making an appointment at this location was pointless. 11:30 appointment and waiting room had 12 people that all went ahead of me. When receptionist was asked she said they were backed up. I reminded her I have an appointment and she said these people were all ahead of me, some walked in and some had appointments. I was not called back for a urine specimen till 12:20. My visit was fine but I’ve been here several times and this was the most unpleasant of all my visits. My wait time was extremely long despite having an appointment and I don’t feel that the provider wanted to provide the care I was needing.

Rude staff. 9:00 appt. Yes I saved my place. Wasn’t seen until 10:30.
Apt time was 906, was put in a room around 1030, didn’t leave until after 1115. Antibiotics weren’t sent to the wrong pharmacy- called and left 2 messages looking for location of medication- never received a call back.
Front staff and MAs were wonderful. Was not impressed with the PA’s bedside manner or physical exam. Pediatric ear exam was not performed correctly. The provider seemed very overwhelmed and irritated caring for a 17 month old. Full exam felt rushed and not focused.
All staff was excellent. General public letting their children run around and cough and crawl and scream everywhere was very jarring and uncomfortable and surprising there is no basic protocol for waiting room etiquette enforced. Scheduling and wait time not very efficient. Had an appointment at 12:30 and was preregistered. I was not seen until close to 2.
Very understaffed. Dr did not seem very knowledgeable
This company is a joke! I did not receive a school note for my kid until I called and asked for one on 1/28 because one was never offered to me. And they have a nerve to tell me what their policy is for a school note and extension and their policy when I never received one in the first place. They dropped the ball but we have to pay for them dropping the ball
While the front desk staff was super friendly, the actual visit went downhill. The doctor basically dismissed me and seemed too busy to care, and my issue was one of, "why did you come in?" (Have had diarrhea for almost 5 days) Rather than looking deeper and asking more questions, they seemed annoyed and rushed. I get being tired and understaffed and overbooked, but I don't think it's an excuse for poor care.
