The lady that was working at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and was extremely rude! She had told me my sons insurance wasn’t active but we had this issue last time. I called United Healthcare and they said his insurance was active that they were not sure why her systems were showing different. She asked for me to have them send a copy of something stating that it was active the lady at United said she couldn’t but could transfer me to someone that could. I had my phone on speaker and once the United healthcare lady said... read more

My first visit was quite nice. Everyone was friendly and inviting. But yesterday was not the same. The nurse came in and asked all the important questions (why are you here, what’s the history, etc) but then I sat for 40 minutes after a Strep test for the doctor to come in and re-ask all the same questions and acted as if I was stupid for not understanding the repetitive questions. Very unprofessional and sassy if I may add. Not the experience I was looking for. All she had to do was just check for tonsils after I told her I... read more

We waited an hour in the waiting room and near 30 minutes in the room. There seemed to be a very slow room turnover. I’m assuming they were short staffed. The provider did not introduce herself. My 3 year old presented for fever and she didn’t check his ears. I didn’t think about this until after we left. I am a PA myself and worked in urgent care setting for a few years, so I guess I expected the quality of care that I give my patients.

Came in with prolonged allergy symptoms which turned into green mucous, headache, chest congestion, cough, sore throat, draining ears, and a severe headache with a hx of regular sinus infections. I was immediately tested for strep, COVID, and flu. When the NP arrived she told me I had a common cold and it would have to run its course. With no recommendation for management and when I asked about work she told me the best she could do is write a note for the day of the appointment but I’m not contagious and go back to work (as... read more

The staff was very friendly, however, we had a 1245 appointment time and we’re not seen until about 1430.. my 13 month old was very ill, so waiting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours was unacceptable.. I decided to use urgent care to get an appointment time so that the wait to see a provider would not be what we would experience in an ER setting. I was told it was a computer error and that was the reason for the delay along with short staff. I understand the short staff issue, especially on a federal holiday, but I still... read more

I normally am a very understanding person when it comes to difficult situations, but I am not 100% certain that I can maintain the same perspective after my experience at this clinic. I will extend credit where it’s due and state that the staff was respectful of my scheduled appointment time, the assistants were efficient, and I am appreciative that the doctor I saw was able to back track a doctor’s excuse to cover me for my absences at school/work. However, starting Tuesday Feb. 7, I developed symptoms of a cough, sore thro... read more

I go in the medical building for a dot random drug test , which is normal in my job after doing so for over 30 years . I check in the lady behind the front the receptionist , she say’s to me been’s it is after 5pm if we take you back and you can’t pee it’s an automatic fail. Beens this is my career my lively hood, it is totally unacceptable for y’all fast pace to say that a person if they can’t pee on command so they close and leave go home and put a bad mark on a persons career. I will never walk back in yalls door again ... read more

The doctor didn’t want to hear what I had to say about my swollen finger. I am a hairstylist. I know that I have a hair splinter and that is why my finger is swollen. She insisted that it was something else. She would not give me oral antibiotics. She wanted to use a cream which I did not pick up from the pharmacy because I have Neosporin at home.

The name of the establishment should not be called fast paced when it offers services at a snails pace. I was there for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I checked in and did all of the paperwork before I arrived because that is usually the part that takes the longest— the front desk person was slow and that’s where it all starts. So the pre check in didn’t help at all. I was number 8 in line when I arrived— and I arrived 30 minutes early. When I signed up for the appointment I was number 10 in line and that was 5 hours before my appo... read more
