I called before I went. In, when I got there , it was really busy , the lady I talked to on the phone said it wasn’t busy for walk ins , but it was busy , I wished I had made an appointment, never waited that long at other drug screening test , the most I’ve waited at other places was 5 minutes, not an hour
Fast service as expected. Cleanliness in bathroom area was sorely lacking. Their was urine all over a chic on a table in the bathroom, the sink area was dirty & their were no paper towels to even dry your hands so I can only assume everyone was touching the door with their wet hands on the way out. When I told the nurse the table cover was dirty where I had to sit my cup to obtain my specimen, she stated “well you don’t sit it there, you sit it in the box”, I said understand that, but I have to collect it first & I wanted yo... read more

They made me wait longer than anyone even when I was before everyone. Then they pulled special conditions on me when I know for a fact they don’t do it to everyone. I know other people who have went and they never had a problem.

The staff was very kind and courteous. The service was not “fast pace” whatsoever, though. The triage nurse who was new did a wonderful job and had great bedside manner.
