The nurse was rude, the dr wasn’t any better. I had to ASK for my ears to be looked at when ear pain was specified as a symptom. The dr didn’t even do an exam on me just assumed what was wrong and told me to feel better. I was told my results would be back in 10 minutes, I was in my room for 45 minutes with no word from anyone about what was going on. Wholly unprofessional and unorganized.

I had an appointment but didn’t get called back until 30 minutes later. The digital display showed I was the 2nd person in the queue but 4 people got called back before me. After I was finally called back, everything was fine. But I missed an appointment that I had for later that afternoon because of how long I had to wait at First Pace. The receptionist wasn’t friendly, either.

This clinic is not the place to go. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, and instead of helping, they got upset with me because of my vision issues. No one should be treated this way when they’re seeking care. If you want respect and understanding, I suggest going somewhere else.

Making an appointment at this location was pointless. 11:30 appointment and waiting room had 12 people that all went ahead of me. When receptionist was asked she said they were backed up. I reminded her I have an appointment and she said these people were all ahead of me, some walked in and some had appointments. I was not called back for a urine specimen till 12:20. My visit was fine but I’ve been here several times and this was the most unpleasant of all my visits. My wait time was extremely long despite having an appointment and I don’t feel that the provider wanted to provide the care I was needing.
