Friendly, professional, competent. Relatively long wait past appointment time but I think that is the nature of online appointments combined with walk ins.

The male nurse/PA was great! He heard me, listened, acknowledged my stress, etc. The young lady (again, not sure if she was a doc or not) just told me to get some over the counter sinus meds and yada yada…My sinus issues are at the point of needing some antibiotics but that didn’t happen. She didn’t ask any questions to find out if I needed anything besides Sudafed, etc. I routinely have a low grade fever and probably need some antibiotics. But she didn’t ask anything about that. Only issue was the wait time… about an hour after getting into room to see provider.

Doctors are great! Long wait time but is understandable due to the sickness going around in Tennessee. After all we’re #1 in the country. My only issue is the problem with the prescription being called into the wrong pharmacy. I would give a 5 if this could be fixed. This is the second time and I asked the receptionist if she could fix this. She assured me that it was and when I went to my pharmacy they told me it was sent to a different store. I didn’t see anyone for over an hour and the doctor never sent over my medications .
