I was in great pain and it toke to long to attend me.
Sorry marked the wrong star. Meant to leave the highest rating. I felt so bad I can’t remember names. Front desk, nurse and physicians assistant we’re all great.
I was there a hour and the waiting room emptied twice and it was still not my turn so a bemanded a refund and left never to return. HORRIBLE PLACE I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE
Could be better. Staff didn’t have necessary supplies to complete my blood draw. My doctor asked for a complete blood panel (zinc being one of them) and staff didn’t have the tube needed to complete it. Also, one staff member was in the room, said she needed gloves, and never came back. She didn’t seem very competent and adrift. Perhaps more guidance and supervision is needed.
I made a reservation online for 11:04. And yes I understand that it’s a reservation and not an appointment. Arrived at 10:45 and was told it would be an hour and a half to 2 hour wait. No biggie, I just went and ran some errands. Arrived back around 12:30 and waited in the car. Received a phone call from them around 12:45 and was told to come in. My PCP was booked up. Decided to try your facility after feeling sick from Sunday-Wednesday. Had to wait 2 hrs from my scheduled doctors’s appt. Symptoms were yellow and brown nasal discharge and woke up with eyes matted shut. Provider saw me for 5 mins. Was not going to prescribe me anything until I insisted. Only prescribed antibiotic eye drops and told me to call back after 5-7 days if my other symptoms persist and then she’d prescribe something.
