Wait time was fairly long, over an hour and a half, in between nurse, provider, X-ray tech. Everyone was kind, gentle, and helpful.
Well I was pretty sick when I came in and felt horrible. I wasn’t even told my blood pressure, temperature or nothing ! They say I was negative for strep throat but here I am sitting at my dr and I was positive within less than 1 min.. the wait time was ridiculous as well not to mention 2 days in a role I’m stuck at the dr because I knew that I had strep. I seen the tall red headed lady.. I will never be back there again
I waited almost two hours to be seen . I was very sick . I ended up leaving and going to the ER across the street and got out faster .
Great dr and staff Was feeling terrible But me in quick and treatment was excellent

Sorry marked the wrong star. Meant to leave the highest rating. I felt so bad I can’t remember names. Front desk, nurse and physicians assistant we’re all great.
I was there a hour and the waiting room emptied twice and it was still not my turn so a bemanded a refund and left never to return. HORRIBLE PLACE I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE
Could be better. Staff didn’t have necessary supplies to complete my blood draw. My doctor asked for a complete blood panel (zinc being one of them) and staff didn’t have the tube needed to complete it. Also, one staff member was in the room, said she needed gloves, and never came back. She didn’t seem very competent and adrift. Perhaps more guidance and supervision is needed.
I made a reservation online for 11:04. And yes I understand that it’s a reservation and not an appointment. Arrived at 10:45 and was told it would be an hour and a half to 2 hour wait. No biggie, I just went and ran some errands. Arrived back around 12:30 and waited in the car. Received a phone call from them around 12:45 and was told to come in.
