I have had better experiences in previous visits.
The doctor decided to have a meeting while we waited for two hours and they were not seeing patients and we were sitting in a room waiting to be seen.

I don’t ever leave negative comments on stuff because I’m just not that person, but I got this message to write a review so I am gonna be honest about it. I have never felt so invisible or looked past in my life. I used to go there and I would usually see this lovely woman who actually listened and showed empathy, but the 2 women that dealt with me were pretty rude this time. The office staff are rude, lazy and extremely unprofessional. The last several times I’ve been to this fast pace I have felt like I’m inconveniencing the staff. I will not refer anyone here nor will I ever be returning to this particular office again.
I have been here several times before and other than a long wait we had a fine experience but this last time was not great. I had a very long wait (almost 2 hrs) which I was expecting so not a big deal. The nurse who first came in was sweet and patient with my kid but the new NP was pretty rude and condescending. The providers in the past have been great so it’s a shame.
The provider and assistant were great, very sweet and professional. I do not agree with the front desk girls to be asking for peoples credit/debit card to have on file. That sort of information should not be kept by the office for any reason. Also, there should be another way for them to verify insurance as the system they use apparently does not give them accurate information. They tried to collect $150 from me and I have a $45 copay for non hca urgent care.
