Only issue was the wait time… about an hour after getting into room to see provider.

Doctors are great! Long wait time but is understandable due to the sickness going around in Tennessee. After all we’re #1 in the country. My only issue is the problem with the prescription being called into the wrong pharmacy. I would give a 5 if this could be fixed. This is the second time and I asked the receptionist if she could fix this. She assured me that it was and when I went to my pharmacy they told me it was sent to a different store. The woman at the front desk was a total asshole the rudest person I’ve ever met I will never deal with her again the doctor was great but her attitude is hurting your buisiness

I have never had providers be so rude! Honestly you might be annoyed that you’ve had so many patients, but you get PAID to do the job!! Parents don’t want to go sit for an hour + and wait to see you for no reason. 9 times out of 10 we are concerned and there is a reason we are coming to you because something is wrong!

I didn’t see anyone for over an hour and the doctor never sent over my medications .

I brought my daughter as a walk in. She has been sick for over a week with a bacterial infection. It’s very obvious that she has a bad sinus infection. They run a 3 panel of Covid, flu, and strep. All 3 come back negative. I let the doctor know that I had the same illness on a couple occasions last year. I asked if she could have a steroid shot and some antibiotics. But the doctor refused. She was claiming some crazy scenario where kids can’t get sinus infections. Which is absolutely absurd! So all she does is call in some c... read more

Absolutely terrible they literally had zero answers and essentially just told me to get better on my own they didn’t give me anything at all to help me get better they put literally zero effort into figuring out what was wrong and essentially just said to get over it on my own instead of running the necessary tests to figure out what was wrong and prescribing something accordingly. If you’d like to be charged improperly, then by all means visit this office. I was billed improperly and reached out with no resolution at this point. I sent them letters that were mailed to me by the insurance company for both of my children’s visits showing they did not code it properly. They were also mailed to the office. You don’t just bill people whatever you’d like because you can’t do your jobs properly. Train your staff and do better.
