I brought my daughter as a walk in. She has been sick for over a week with a bacterial infection. It’s very obvious that she has a bad sinus infection. They run a 3 panel of Covid, flu, and strep. All 3 come back negative. I let the doctor know that I had the same illness on a couple occasions last year. I asked if she could have a steroid shot and some antibiotics. But the doctor refused. Absolutely terrible they literally had zero answers and essentially just told me to get better on my own they didn’t give me anything at all to help me get better they put literally zero effort into figuring out what was wrong and essentially just said to get over it on my own instead of running the necessary tests to figure out what was wrong and prescribing something accordingly. If you’d like to be charged improperly, then by all means visit this office. I was billed improperly and reached out with no resolution at this point. I sent them letters that were mailed to me by the insurance company for both of my children’s visits showing they did not code it properly. They were also mailed to the office. You don’t just bill people whatever you’d like because you can’t do your jobs properly. Train your staff and do better.

The office was dirty..caked on dirt and funk in all areas. The MA was not welcoming at all or good with kids. She dropped her notepad and let out a huff like it was the end of the world and she hated her job. The PA came in and was less than welcoming. She only looked in my daughter’s ears and didn’t really care what I had to say. She did not listen to heart or lungs or ask any further questions. When I was seen for an ear infection, the physician’s assistant checked my ear and said she could see my ear drum. She suggested that I be put on another ear drop and if that doesn’t work, come back and get my ear cleaned out. I asked if she could clean it out now since when I put ear drops in, they don’t go in. She didn’t want to. Why would she make me wait a whole entire week to get my ear cleaned when she suggested it and agreed the drops probably not getting to the infection. Very disappointing!

I made an appointment for 3:30, arrived at 3:20. I was not called back for stats until 4:10 and then did not get to see a doctor until 5:10. The nurse practitioner spent maybe 1 minutes with me and was finished.

The doctor decided to have a meeting while we waited for two hours and they were not seeing patients and we were sitting in a room waiting to be seen.
