Went to Fast Pace Etowah and was the first patient that morning as I had been up most of the night with a sore throat, coughing, and severe body aches. Tested positive for strep throat and received an antibiotic. Requested a work excuse for Monday as I was feeling terrible and knew I would not be able to work. The provider seemed appalled that I asked. After much discussion, he was in agreement to provide a work excuse. It is currently Tuesday and I’m still at home with flu-like symptoms and a terrible headache.

I did not have to sit but a few minutes before being call in to see the Dr , nurse was very prompt , Dr was very understanding and knowledgeable, he took time to explain what my symptoms were and how he could treat them, made me feel much less anxious about my condition, over all a very good experience, thanks for being there.
