Advertised having X-ray services on-site, but no tech on staff. Instead X-ray outsourced to local ER and a nearly 24 hour wait for results. Then when I called back to ask for my radiology report, I was told it could not be provided. I was given a number to their corporate office that didn’t offer an extension for medical records….Staff was very courteous and seemed genuinely concerned. Issues appear to be organizational and not people or staff related.
