I visited recently as I have been extremely sick for the past week and half dealing with high and consistent fevers, nausea and vomiting, and severe abdominal cramps. The care professional I saw spoke over me at every turn, did not bother to read the notes the nurse took at the beginning of my visit, and ignored my concerns. No examination was done in the areas I described pain. I was told to take Tylenol and wait it out. Went to the ER immediately after where I was actually taken seriously and listened to. Waited about 1.5 hours and the physician was only in the room less than 2 minutes and acted like he really didn’t want to order an antibiotic. Had been sick for 6 days and was getting worse. I don’t go to the doctor unless I really have too, and knew I needed an antibiotic to get rid of it. I was ordered one, but I thought he just wanted to brush me off.
The staff (3 ladies) was very prompt and kind!!! However,the young lady who examined, misdiagnosed my aliment and couldn’t prescribe any meds due to not a doctor in the clinic. I ended up in the ER the same evening w serve horrible pain. Again, they were wonderfully kind and prompt. I feel this clinic needs an experienced full doctor. One who is able to subscribe meds. I spent $50. for a temporary 4 hour shot; then I was in pain until I then went to the ER the same day. Thx you for your kind services though.
Conversations had in the hall can be heard in the room. Especially when spoken about the only pt in the facility.
