I visited the facility because I had vertigo. My blood pressure was very high. I was not treated for vertigo or my blood pressure. I had to sign a paper saying they were not responsible if something happened to me, but I needed to go to the hospital. At the hospital I was asked couldn't they treat high blood pressure? $1000s of dollars latter I was treated for virtigo and I am taking a LOW dose of blood pressure medicine. They could not sign my medical card because of a medication I’m prescribed but wouldn’t return my $155

I visited recently as I have been extremely sick for the past week and half dealing with high and consistent fevers, nausea and vomiting, and severe abdominal cramps. The care professional I saw spoke over me at every turn, did not bother to read the notes the nurse took at the beginning of my visit, and ignored my concerns. Waited about 1.5 hours and the physician was only in the room less than 2 minutes and acted like he really didn’t want to order an antibiotic. Had been sick for 6 days and was getting worse. I don’t go to the doctor unless I really have too, and knew I needed an antibiotic to get rid of it. I was ordered one, but I thought he just wanted to brush me off.
The staff (3 ladies) was very prompt and kind!!! However,the young lady who examined, misdiagnosed my aliment and couldn’t prescribe any meds due to not a doctor in the clinic. I ended up in the ER the same evening w serve horrible pain. Again, they were wonderfully kind and prompt. I feel this clinic needs an experienced full doctor. One who is able to subscribe meds. I spent $50. for a temporary 4 hour shot; then I was in pain until I then went to the ER the same day. Thx you for your kind services though.
Conversations had in the hall can be heard in the room. Especially when spoken about the only pt in the facility.
The registration clerk was very rude in her explanation of my insurance benefits. She seemed to take it very personal when I told her that I had only ever paid a co-pay. I did express to her that I understood the three boxes that she repeatedly told me were my only options. The nurse was kind & professional as was the physician I saw. Due to the lack of respect given from the clerk I won’t use your facility again.
rude, unprofessional doctor. extreme lack of knowledge. i was the only person waiting and it still look almost 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. would not recommend to anyone.
