Excellent service. Staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. They have become my go to for medical care for my daughter. It’s much more convenient than traveling to her primary doctor 45 minutes away. So glad we found Fast Pace and it’s great that they take Tenncare.

Everyone was nice, the lady I saw was very helpful. She even called me back couple days later when I needed her. I can’t remember her name but she was the only one there and she was doing her best. She was a nurse practitioner. Very caring!

I took my 81 year old Momma to FacePace, due to her doctor not being able to see her in office. Your staff was very kindhearted, informative and supportive of understanding my Mom’s situation. Our wait was around 10 minutes, they took us back, listened intently as Mom was trying to speak. They were very patient with her hoarseness and lack of hearing. We will be back!!
