Fast Pace lied and said they accepted my wife's insurance, then sent me a bill for $800.00+. When she called them, they didn't explain that the self-pay option would have been $240.00. After a few phone calls, they said they would honor the self-pay option and credit the co-pay towards it. I have been calling for over a month, and they tell me the manager denied it, even though on a recorded line, they told me it was approved. I didn't receive any phone calls telling me it was denied.
