I went in in 5/27/22 with symptoms of a UTI. Left a specimen for culture and was prescribed macrobid. On 6/1/22, after completing the 5 days of the prescribed medication, I called and asked about the culture results as I was still having symptoms. I was told the results had not been received, even though they should have been, even allowing for the Memorial Day holiday. I asked could they please call and inquire about the results. Came in for an ear infection haven’t been there since 2018 now I can remember why lady at the front desk needs to find a job that she loves and that she enjoys because she obviously doesn’t care for anybody that walks through that door I was not seen today I’m having to go somewhere else because I didn’t Bring my credit card with me for some type off payment today. I have ins and I can be billed. When I said I guess I need to go somewhere else she pushed her shoulders up ….
I took my mother up there. She had made an appointment at 11am. They said they would send her a text 20 minutes before her appointment. She did not receive one. The lady said she needed to see the text. My mother told her she had not received a text. She said she needed to see someone today. The lady rudley replied "That won't be here." That is not urgent care. Not to mention there was only one other car in the parking lot.

I went today as a walk in. Parking lot almost empty, nobody in the waiting room. I have a pressing medical issue…but that would only take a few minutes of help. I was told to come back on Monday (three days from now) after making an appointment. That is not “urgent care.” After that made an appointment at the Dickson location and drove out there. Waited for an hour…asked if I’d be seen in the next thirty minutes because I had to get my daughter from school. I was told no, and had to cancel my appointment and go home. ... read more

Went for a 15 minute COVID test, $75 co pay then billed insurance for $881, I won’t be back this is why everyone’s insurance is so high😡according to the one I spoke too the price depends on how good your insurance is

First of all i have fabulous insurance and don't have a co pay. They wanted to have a credit card on file since i didn't have a co pay. when I refused to give the girl a credit card she was very rude and said they couldn't see us. well guess what..i will never recommend this place to anyone. i will never return there and i will be sure to let everyone I know how awful this place is.

I went in for a sinus infection. They did a rapid Covid 19 test which per them came back positive. I was told that a sample would go to the lab to confirm by the PA and the medical assistant. Will take 2-3 days. I have left several voice mails to which no one return my call. I finally get someone and I’m told they never sent out my sample to the lab. Let me preface this by saying I am in the health care field, so I get it. We’re all tired and overworked. However, a family member chose to go to Fast Pace for a rapid Covid test. They had to sit in the parking lot for over 3 hours and then the receptionist HUNG UP ON THEM when they called to ask how much more of a wait it would be. Get it together Fast Pace! Beware when giving your insurance card. Make sure you ask them if your card is covered!! Mine was covered until June of this year so mine wasn’t anymore and no one said a word to me. It’s United Healthcare by the way. I went for the flu they advised me to take a Covid test. I did. Gave me absolutely nothing for my symptoms and cut me lose 10 minutes later. Got the bill it was almost $700.00! I got a discount of $168.00 but I was stuck with a bill for $480.00! Ridiculous!To stick a swab up my nose and give me absolutely NOTHI... read more
