I scheduled a time online. They sent updates before I even got there telling me how many people were ahead of me. I only waited a very few minutes after checking in before being called back. The lady at the front desk couldn't have been nicer and same for the nurse! I'm sorry I didn't get their names. The nurse was thorough and kind. I hardly had to wait before the PA, Leah, came in. She was very nice and patient! She took her time and treated my problem and gave me follow-up instructions. I would highly recommend this faci... read more

Staff has always been very friendly. We got in and out fairly quickly for not having an appointment and needing to be seen the same day. They have always been great about that. I love that they’re so much closer than our PCP. Very convenient! They also accept Tenncare which is great for us! It’s so nice to have a place close by to bring my daughter when she gets sick. Thank you Fast Pace!

Everything was good except the nurse that check ed my daughter in before seeing the NP was a little , should I say, unfriendly. She made the appearance as though she didn’t even want to.be there or we were inconveniencing her time. I know from experience as being a nurse myself that things can be pretty hectic but you have to always remember to be compassionate to the patient and in our case family too.
