I have never been to an urgent care facility before. The front office staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The nurse was very caring and professional. The doctor listened to me and examined me to what was pertinent to my problem. They were very efficient and the facility was clean and pleasant.
Front desk lady was a bit rude but my health care provider was very kind and helpful!
