I have never been to an urgent care facility before. The front office staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The nurse was very caring and professional. The doctor listened to me and examined me to what was pertinent to my problem. They were very efficient and the facility was clean and pleasant.

Set up appointment on line, fast and easy, same day! Received reminder of appointment. I also completed paperwork online therefore eliminating waiting time at visit. I was seen promptly around my appointment time by friendly staff. The doctor was thorough and kind. It was a great experience!!! Scale of 1-10, definitely 10.
