I had a laceration near my knee serious enough to meet criteria for closure. Only a physician’s assistant examined me, no Dr. or even a nurse practitioner apparently. I could tell she was apprehensive about doing anything to try to close it. Pretty much had to insist. I at least get a butterfly bandage to draw it more together at the smoothly cut. Now too much time has passed to try to get it closed so the scar won’t be so unsightly. Time was of the essence and the treatment was inadequate.

I would leave this place negative stars if I could. They are inept, rude, and have unacceptable “bedside manner”. Our child had strep throat, and they just couldn’t get the prescription called in to our pharmacy. I’d call and they’d say it was sent, and I’d explain the pharmacy has no record, then I’d say it needs to get called in again and they’d would tell me, “well I’ll leave them a note and we are real busy so it will get done when we have time.” My child is suffering with Streptococcus infection running a 102 fever even... read more

Was told it was against y’all’s policy now to get shots at this location. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money going in.

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. Screaming at every single person the wait time is almost two hours as time went by she screamed that plus they will close at 5:00 at people as they called or walked in. Wait time was 1:45-4:15. Was told every one of the 5 or 6 people that went before us had appointments which wasn't true because I sat there and watched her ask each and every person did they have an appointment. Wasn’t offered flu or Covid test even though my chart stated I denied both. Called in the next day to ask if I could come back in for those tests and was told I would have to pay another full exam fee in addition to the test fees. My wife called and asked for a different cough med as the prescription robitussin wasn’t working and asked that it be sent to a different pharmacy (across the street from her work). The Dr on call the day we went I think Thibedaux was the last name. We told the nurse all the issues with my son and they dr comes in and we tell him again and he asks what do I want from him?? Ugh to tell me why my son is having bowel issues! And then he asks is he doing it on purpose😡 then he decided to do a X-ray and saw his system was backed up. I’ve always had great visits but was hurt yesterday by his attitude or bedside manner I guess to call it.

The receptionist was not very nice, I was there for a follow up from a previous visit for the exact same thing. Which I received an email stating that I need a follow up. I was told I was being charged again. I asked for the Head quarters contact information & she told me I could look it up in the internet. I felt this was very unprofessional, she was not trying to be helpful or assist with just giving me the information requested. I feel this is not the behavior someone wants to receive as a customer.
