RecommendedOthers have said enough about the speed and quality of service and care. I will say this: this facility is operated by nice people who behave like normal people that you meet everyday, rather than the aloof, clinical and somewhat condescending manner that healthcare professionals usually have. That makes a huge difference to someone with really bad white coat syndrome like me. I'm glad that Calcasieu Urgent Care have came to Jennings.

Updated review: although the care was excellent the billing department is horrible. I have contacted them in person and by phone three times regarding my bill and they have not yet fixed the problem, but I keep receiving bills. 2nd update: They have now fixed my billing issues after writing the top review. I was contacted by the owner and the manager and was made aware that they use an outside biller so changes made in office system will not be relayed to the billing department after the fact.
