The receptionist was not very nice, I was there for a follow up from a previous visit for the exact same thing. Which I received an email stating that I need a follow up. I was told I was being charged again. I asked for the Head quarters contact information & she told me I could look it up in the internet. Nurse practitioner did nothing to help just kept referring me to go se my primary doctor. Only looked at my ears didn’t check my throat or even to my temperature. Saying I need to go to a specialist or my primary when I said I had vertigo. I walked out without any help or treatment
I waited over an hour in the room. I could hear your doctor/nurse practitioner cutting up with the employees. They were very loud and just having fun. When the doctor/nurse practitioner came in, he was under the influence of something. He was not sober. I have always bragged about your doctors, nurses, and staff but there is nothing to brag about from my visit yesterday. I was very disappointed.
Dr acted like I was making up my illness , His attitude wasn’t good, I didn’t know what was wrong with me and still don’t
The wait was terribly long. The staff at the back was very nice, & the front desk was rude. She let a patient go to the back that just walked in with no appointment or paperwork because she knew them!
The bathroom was so nasty the soap thing was broken and empty the wait time was longer than two hours like I was told the doctor was really nice and the nurse thanks for working with with my kids I only went because they doctor couldn’t see them and they needed to be seen ASAP I didn’t like how they put my child’s name on the tv screen it would be nice if it could be optional and if a patient chooses not to they can put anonymous in that slot my child’s name was still on the board when we got checked out. Good, but seem very rushed and stressed out staff.
Dr. Dennis was so rude. Called me a liar, wouldn’t let me hardly speak without getting cut off. Just acted like my needs wasn’t heard. Now the nurse that I had, she was so sweet. Very thankful for her
The receptionist was not kind. The doctors were great though!
