I scheduled my appointment online for 10:01am. Got there at 9:50 and signed in. There were only two people at the time while I was in the waiting room: the parking lot was empty. I did not leave this place until 11am. This is unacceptable. Please do better. Thank goodness I didn’t have my kids with me, I would not have stayed that long.
