The wait was terribly long. The staff at the back was very nice, & the front desk was rude. She let a patient go to the back that just walked in with no appointment or paperwork because she knew them!
The bathroom was so nasty the soap thing was broken and empty the wait time was longer than two hours like I was told the doctor was really nice and the nurse thanks for working with with my kids I only went because they doctor couldn’t see them and they needed to be seen ASAP I didn’t like how they put my child’s name on the tv screen it would be nice if it could be optional and if a patient chooses not to they can put anonymous in that slot my child’s name was still on the board when we got checked out. Good, but seem very rushed and stressed out staff.
Dr. Dennis was so rude. Called me a liar, wouldn’t let me hardly speak without getting cut off. Just acted like my needs wasn’t heard. Now the nurse that I had, she was so sweet. Very thankful for her
The receptionist was not kind. The doctors were great though!
