I have been to Fast Pace quite a few times and was always very impressed. Today, not so much. The NP was rude. I had never seen her before. I will think long and hard before visiting again.
The NP was very helpful and answered all my questions, but I was there for about 2 hours. Maybe they were short on help that day. The sign out front says Fast Pace Urgent Care.
Wait was more than an hour even though I had checked in online then another 30-45 minutes after going into the office. Meds were prescribed but did not get called in. I sat in line for quite some time to pick up my prescriptions only to be told they had not been called in. I had to call the office 2 days after my appointment and inquire about my prescriptions. There was no explanation or apology for my inconvenience, just told they had been called in now. Can’t remember who I saw.
Your provider needs to learn to listen to patients. My trip was a total waste of time and my symptoms are worse today.
Front desk staff was great. The doctor said she’d prescribe ear drops and maybe Swimmers Ear. The only thing the pharmacy received was daily allergy medicine. So my ear still hurts, and there’s no relief like I had hoped I’d receive from a prescription ear drop. I went there early on Monday morning (10/07/2024), but I won’t be back. I can’t remember who the PA or Doctor was that saw me. One of each did though.

Jst some words was said to me and my daughter that shouldn’t of been said
If u have an appointment at a certain time I think u should be seen at that time. I waited 3 hours past my appointment time. Y’all need to do something a little different with ur times
