provider seen did not listen to symptoms explained in detail to both her and nurse. Was only focused on how my eyes looked & assumed it was pink eye, when it clearly was not had she listened to what i was saying about sinus infection and looked closer and examined more thoroughly.. I ended up having to visit my normal healthcare walk in clinic, which I should’ve done to begin with instead wasting time and money at this place all for convenience. Never again.
The time I waited seemed extremely long for the amount of people in front of me. I waited over an hour before even being seen by the doctor. The doctor was kind & listened to my thoughts and worries. Other then the very long wait I was pleased with treatment
Setting a time for 9:44am I understand isn’t really an apt but that’s some crap but being there from 9-11:40 is absolutely bullcrap honestly I feel y’all should be called slow pace Bc y’all just sit in the back laughing and talking while people are waiting to be seen
Very good accessment and little waiting time. I appreciated being seen so quickly with shortness of breath. I am feeling much better today. Thanks again for the care provided.
The wait time was horrible! The NP was great, very helpful but everything else was just not the best, at all! Only two stars because the NP did a great job! I even made an appointment online. If they were already over booked then they should have let me wait at home with my sick child not in a small room for 45 minutes listening to all the germs spread everywhere by everyone else. I would rather waited longer at home in a cleaner environment.
One week Follow up care, care provided was compassionate and caring. Very thankful, no waiting time .

Unprofessional employees except the male in front reception area. Inept qualifications of nurse, and practitioner. Nurse didn’t take temp or BP and kept asking what appeared to be her trainer what questions she should be asking me. She asked about three, scribbled on a scratch pad and left the room. The NP was dirty w a dirty lab coat. Very disheveled. Wouldn’t give me any meds. I left. Got a refund. Told another person in the waiting room what happened and she left also. Then, I called Teledoc and got the antibiotics I need... read more
The lady at the front desk was very hateful. I waited to see someone for 1.5 hours and it was me and one other person there. It should not take that long when there’s staff sitting around laughing and cutting up in the back. Will not recommend to anyone.
The nurse didn’t even know how to check my sugar or use gloves correctly he probably contaminated evert he touched
