If u have an appointment at a certain time I think u should be seen at that time. I waited 3 hours past my appointment time. Y’all need to do something a little different with ur times

Appreciated the prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy with the exact items in the quantities prescribed. I was afraid I was going to have to settle for OTC multi ingredient ready made mixtures of ingredients. And I didn’t see any Walgreens generic either. Staff was extremely courteous. I keep hoping my lost earring might show up in your office but I’m afraid it was lost in the downtown area. If found please contact me at 214-763-6479, as my first husband of almost 50 years gave them to me 😢
The doctor/Pa was GREAT . Wait time was not . Maybe have more than one physician there especially during the seasonal times . But two or even part time physicians there is NEEDED . To reduce wait times.
provider seen did not listen to symptoms explained in detail to both her and nurse. Was only focused on how my eyes looked & assumed it was pink eye, when it clearly was not had she listened to what i was saying about sinus infection and looked closer and examined more thoroughly.. I ended up having to visit my normal healthcare walk in clinic, which I should’ve done to begin with instead wasting time and money at this place all for convenience. Never again.
The time I waited seemed extremely long for the amount of people in front of me. I waited over an hour before even being seen by the doctor. The doctor was kind & listened to my thoughts and worries. Other then the very long wait I was pleased with treatment
Setting a time for 9:44am I understand isn’t really an apt but that’s some crap but being there from 9-11:40 is absolutely bullcrap honestly I feel y’all should be called slow pace Bc y’all just sit in the back laughing and talking while people are waiting to be seen
