The wait time was horrible! The NP was great, very helpful but everything else was just not the best, at all! Only two stars because the NP did a great job! I even made an appointment online. If they were already over booked then they should have let me wait at home with my sick child not in a small room for 45 minutes listening to all the germs spread everywhere by everyone else. I would rather waited longer at home in a cleaner environment.
One week Follow up care, care provided was compassionate and caring. Very thankful, no waiting time .

Unprofessional employees except the male in front reception area. Inept qualifications of nurse, and practitioner. Nurse didn’t take temp or BP and kept asking what appeared to be her trainer what questions she should be asking me. She asked about three, scribbled on a scratch pad and left the room. The NP was dirty w a dirty lab coat. Very disheveled. Wouldn’t give me any meds. I left. Got a refund. Told another person in the waiting room what happened and she left also. The lady at the front desk was very hateful. I waited to see someone for 1.5 hours and it was me and one other person there. It should not take that long when there’s staff sitting around laughing and cutting up in the back. Will not recommend to anyone.
The nurse didn’t even know how to check my sugar or use gloves correctly he probably contaminated evert he touched
Only had 2 people ahead of me when I got there, still took 45 minutes to be called back. After doctor came in to see me, I was never diagnosed with anything or instructed on what I might have. I had to asked to get a shot for congestion and cough. She asked if I was taking anything at home, if so just continue doing so. And if symptoms continued the following week, just come back in..I didn’t know any more when I left than I did when I came in. Wasn’t worth the $50 co-pay.
Everyone but Dr . Was good . Waited a hour 45 . With appointment. Was in a lot pain . She was very rude , I work in a Health Care field , understand why she wouldn’t give me steroids, because of my Bp. Ended up with two more Dr . Visits . One with orthpedics. One with my Doctor to access my issues with my bp . Steroid shots , oral Prednisone. Thanks Kimberly Hyder
