Whitney the nurse did well, we chatted a bit and she got some history from me. The doctor, Samantha, was impersonal. She rapid fired through questions and I felt rushed and like an inconvenience to her. She circled back afterwards and slowed down a little bit to allow for questions, but I felt unheard and like my being there was a waste of both of our time.
Everyone was very nice and pleasant! But once they took me to a room, very long wait for the practitioner. And the she forgot one of my prescriptions

They did not have the proper tools to take bp correctly. They did give me antibiotics but did not offer anything to help with the swelling in my throat. Overall I was able to get the meds I need to get better but they were not the most thoughtful people to work with.
Had a rather interesting experience at this urgent care. I went in for some anti-nausea medicine, and to be looked at for my flu-like symptoms. The nurse(?) that first saw me was extremely helpful. She took my vitals, gave me some anti-nausea medicine while I was there, and tested me for strep. My provider, Steven Croghan, NP(?), was initially very helpful.
