Had a rather interesting experience at this urgent care. I went in for some anti-nausea medicine, and to be looked at for my flu-like symptoms. The nurse(?) that first saw me was extremely helpful. She took my vitals, gave me some anti-nausea medicine while I was there, and tested me for strep. My provider, Steven Croghan, NP(?), was initially very helpful. The nurse and the lady up front were super nice! I went in because I thought I had injured my tailbone but once they found out I had a kidney stone (which we have known about for a month) they got too concerned with that. The main doctor didn’t bother to look or examine my tail only said to go to an orthopedic or go get an x ray, without even looking or assessing anything. She only listened to my heart when she came in. Come to find out I actually had a Pilonidal Cyst that ruptured this morning while I was at home alone. You... read more

The nurse yesterday at 7pm Was really kind and she cared about what I had to say about my daughter but the doctor on the other hand was in a rush to leave. Yes I understand it was almost closing time and the doctor was probably in a rush but she did not even walk in the room but to check her ears. She LEANED halfway through the door with half of her body out and didn't even walk in and started talking really fast then left. Doctor was great. However, the waiting was way too long. I had an approximate appointment at 11:32 and waited over an hour to get in the room. Then had to wait another hour for the doctor
