You did great, except when I went to get meds, you said you would call in cough meds and there were none. I went back to what I had which works well Jack Daniels. I never heard a diagnosis. Was it flu, cold or allergies?

Came in with symptoms of sinus infection. I have a long, long history of chronic sinusitis and have been to your clinic before with sinus infections. The doctor did not listen to me, did not do a thorough examination, told me she was not treating me for something that I thought I was getting even though I had the symptoms, and she walked out. I had to go to the ER the next day and was treated with antibiotics and steroids. I will never use your clinic again.

Had an appointment at 5:30pm, did not get back to see provider till 7:15pm. Not staff or providers fault. Corporate went down to one provider during busy cold and flu season. Will not be back.
