Well we was sent from church hill face pace to get X-ray and the guy at the front was very rude to us telling us we had to sign in again on the tablet and there was no need in that when they know we was coming from the fast pace in church hill they called they to notify them

Came in with symptoms of sinus infection. I have a long, long history of chronic sinusitis and have been to your clinic before with sinus infections. The doctor did not listen to me, did not do a thorough examination, told me she was not treating me for something that I thought I was getting even though I had the symptoms, and she walked out. I had to go to the ER the next day and was treated with antibiotics and steroids. I will never use your clinic again.

Had an appointment at 5:30pm, did not get back to see provider till 7:15pm. Not staff or providers fault. Corporate went down to one provider during busy cold and flu season. Will not be back.

Following up from a prior visit and still sick was there over 2 hours before I saw the nurse practitioner.
Doctor Steve was awesome. He took the time to talk with me and did not rush at all. Very efficient!! I will be back and will tell others!

Just needed to get blood drawn; my doctor said I should be able to go right in (after checking in) but I ended up waiting 30-45 mins. It wasn’t until I said I was about to leave when I finally got acknowledged and went back to a room. Then, it took a long time for them to take my blood (I have really thin veins). 3 different people had to work on me. So overall it was not a good experience and took way longer than it should have.
