Following up from a prior visit and still sick was there over 2 hours before I saw the nurse practitioner.
Doctor Steve was awesome. He took the time to talk with me and did not rush at all. Very efficient!! I will be back and will tell others!

Just needed to get blood drawn; my doctor said I should be able to go right in (after checking in) but I ended up waiting 30-45 mins. It wasn’t until I said I was about to leave when I finally got acknowledged and went back to a room. Then, it took a long time for them to take my blood (I have really thin veins). 3 different people had to work on me. So overall it was not a good experience and took way longer than it should have.
They could of done better i had a prosecutor done and they gave me many shots but i still felt the blade opening up the boil was very painful

Whitney the nurse did well, we chatted a bit and she got some history from me. The doctor, Samantha, was impersonal. She rapid fired through questions and I felt rushed and like an inconvenience to her. She circled back afterwards and slowed down a little bit to allow for questions, but I felt unheard and like my being there was a waste of both of our time.
