The nurse and the lady up front were super nice! I went in because I thought I had injured my tailbone but once they found out I had a kidney stone (which we have known about for a month) they got too concerned with that. The main doctor didn’t bother to look or examine my tail only said to go to an orthopedic or go get an x ray, without even looking or assessing anything. The nurse yesterday at 7pm Was really kind and she cared about what I had to say about my daughter but the doctor on the other hand was in a rush to leave. Yes I understand it was almost closing time and the doctor was probably in a rush but she did not even walk in the room but to check her ears. She LEANED halfway through the door with half of her body out and didn't even walk in and started talking really fast then left. Doctor was great. However, the waiting was way too long. I had an approximate appointment at 11:32 and waited over an hour to get in the room. Then had to wait another hour for the doctor

Only one person checking in patients. There for a pre employment drug screen and waited over an hour.
Front office staff and nurse were wonderful!! Truly enjoyed the experience until the FNP came in. He seemed to already have diagnosed me before even walking in the room. He was telling me I could be treated with OTC medication before examining me for less than 5 minutes. I understand that not every illness requires prescription antibiotics, but to make the assumption that it was “seasonal allergies” before even talking with me or examining me made me feel like he was truly trying to just push me out.
