I came to the clinic twice with the same issue and was not helped either time, in fact I was spoken to like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I know my body and know when something is bothering me. I was treated as if nothing was wrong with me. I will not use this place again. There are other choices in my area.

I had a 2 hour visit, which is longer than it has ever taken me at any urgent care facility. There were three people ahead of me in the waiting room. While I waited in the exam room nearly 45 minutes I could rear the staff talking and laughing most of this time. The nurse/aid was fine and the nurse practitioner as well. Its ok, medical staff was friendly- I guess there wasn’t much they could do, i was sick, was seen, and left empty handed because it was viral…

Once my Covid test came back positive I was basically pushed out the door and wasn’t given the chance to wait for the results of my flu or strep tests. It would be nice to know for sure what those results are.
I didnt get any medicine and i was sick
I came to this clinic because I had pleurisy and was worried it might be a form of pneumonia. I have a newborn daughter, so my main concern was making sure I could not pass anything to her. The x-ray machine was not working, so I was told there was no way to tell if I had pneumonia or anything wrong with my lungs. I requested an antibiotic to be safe, due to being diagnosed with pleurisy and the possibility of having pneumonia as well but was rudely told I did not meet the requirements for an antibiotic and honestly treated ... read more
Front was awful. Back was great.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude and incompetent if doing their jobs correctly. The NP Danielle Wynn has NO PLACE seeing patients!!!
