I came to the clinic twice with the same issue and was not helped either time, in fact I was spoken to like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I know my body and know when something is bothering me. I was treated as if nothing was wrong with me. I will not use this place again. There are other choices in my area.

I had a 2 hour visit, which is longer than it has ever taken me at any urgent care facility. There were three people ahead of me in the waiting room. While I waited in the exam room nearly 45 minutes I could rear the staff talking and laughing most of this time. The nurse/aid was fine and the nurse practitioner as well. It’s the wait time and the staff taking and laughing made me feel like I was forgetting or not important.
