Friendly service when we walked in. The ladies up front were very nice. The NP that we saw didn’t seem to care what was really wrong though. She insisted one diagnosis but clearly was wrong. She gave my daughter the wrong diagnosis. Said she had a stomach bug when in reality she had a sinus infection. She didn’t even have tummy issues.
Left and was told to take Zyrtec that I didn’t have strep. Ran a fever all night and primary care doctor looked at my throat and said you have strep but we’ll do a test to be safe. Strep was positive. I felt as if I was rushed out of there because I had a fussy baby and will not be back unless absolutely necessary.
Staff was rude. Did not enjoy the entire experience. Need friendly staff and need to work better with children.
Good dr but the wait time was awful. Over an hour, and it wasn’t that busy at all
Long wait. Supposed to be an urgent care. Shouldn’t have to wait for over an hour. And the nurse and the aprn or doctor or whatever she was, were absolutely no help at all. Told me to follow up at the hospital. Didn’t even try to figure out my issues.
Receptionist was very rude.
The nurse was wonderful. The price was higher than expected.
Waited for 2 hours for them to prescribe nasal spray that I could buy over the counter. Still sick with a head cold I’ve had since Friday and nothing that could actually help get rid of that!
Waited far too long after my appointment time to be seen. 24hr later and my prescriptions still haven’t been sent to my pharmacy
