PA was quick and to the point once I get to see her. Front desk staff sent me home and told me to come back in 3 hours. I did, but still waited over an hour in the waiting room.
The care was good but the wait times are ridiculous. If I’m 5 minutes early for my scheduled time and 3 in line when I get there I should not have to wait 45 minutes and watch everyone that comes in go in before me. This has happened multiple times now and I won’t be back.
In and out not really caring about how you are aks if we wanted tests run if they thought we needed test run tell us
Care was great. However, our appt was at 8:45 am and the waiting room was absolutely filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month and that is not what you want to see at a healthcare provider.
It was fine other than the wait time was too long. Took two hours to even get called into a room, ended up developing a fever in the waiting room and by the time I got to a patient room, I had to lay down I felt so bad.

Tested positive for Covid and the doctor didn’t even listen to my lungs at all. Even though I had been wheezing. Looked at my ears. Said she would call in my medicine and left.
One prescription that I was told I would be getting was not called in. No follow up on X-ray that was suppose to be read within the hour following my leaving and was told I would be called but didn’t happen
