Alexandria KY office. I had a great visit with great care but unfortunately the prescription was written wrong so I could not get it filled for my son. I called several times to get this resolved and my pharmacy said they also reached out. When I called for the second time they said I would I have to come back and be seen again and pay another copay which seems very unethical for an error the urgent care made.
Front office staff was super rude. The np was really sweet but she couldn’t have rushed through the appointment any faster. Didn’t feel heard by any of them. Sad that this is what Maysville has to offer.
Absolutely not. Used Fast Pace Health Urgent Care because they were in-network provided when I was sick. Received a bill for $621. Called insurance who confirmed they were in-network but billed incorrectly. Billing representative told me the issue was because they switched systems but she’d get it taken care of. The nurse practitioner who told my husband he was faking his injury after paying almost $100 just to be seen by this garbage place. He can hardly walk and she said he was FAKING. We believe he has nerve damage in his foot or ankle considering it flops around like a fish, but thanks for being garbage! Now we have to pay another $100 to actually be seen somewhere else. Worst urgent care I have EVER been to.
This isn't an urgent care walk-in clinic at all! My really sick 2 year old son and I got turned away because all time slots were full. I tried to reserve a time online and it said no times were available for today, but I could walk in and still be seen in order of arrival. So I got my sick baby ready, took him out in the cold and drove all the way up there. We got there a little after 12. Then we were told we couldn't be seen but could make an appointment for the following day?
not a urgent care at all. turned away because appointments full and this was 2.5 hrs before they close.. kings daughter in portsmouth is so much better! wish the urgent care was still by save a lot!
