I gave them my debit card because they needed to have one on file and never authorized them to take money off of it but they did without my consent.Almost $100...never even got a bill from them and now they won't refund my money back!!
ABSOLUTE CRAP FAST PACE IN MAYSVILLE REFUSING SERVICE!! Refusing three separately scheduled appointments because I won't leave my 3 year old outside for the appointment and there can’t be 3 people in the room 🤷🏻♀️ might I also add that no where is this stated online or in their office that THREE people (one adult with two small children) can’t be in the office. The only one in there that cares is Mitch McManis. The rest of them are only there for the money and couldn’t care less about their patients. I went because I was feeling awful, could barely get out of bed. They said I tested positive for strep. I asked them to fill out 2 forms for me to go back to work, they did with no issues. Mind you, they’ve done these 2 forms for me 3 times now with no issues. I get home and see the dates on the return-to-work form are wrong. Wouldn't recommend. Drove 30 minutes 1 way and wasted $30 to see if I had the flu, covid, or strep throat but the Dr/Nurse refused to test me and get answers. Just "assumed" I have covid and told me to quarantine. Nah, don't think I will. I could "assume" that from home and saved my time and money. 👌
Was the third person in the door when they opened at 1:00. Was told I couldn’t be seen until at least 3:00. Their website had a quoted wait time of 35 minutes.

It took 2 hrs to do a simple drug test. When I asked why it took so long the lady started telling me how they are shot staffed and how they are looking for a NP and have interviewed people and never hire, I said it doesn’t take a NP to do a drug test and she said that they are over worked with no help and it negatively affects the whole place

They refuse to answer their phones! The company seems very unorganized as we just received a charge but we did not have any services. Maysville needs better health care options.

This isn’t Urgent Care!!! Urgent care means being able to walk in the door, when it’s not ER appropriate, and being seen. I was told to fill out an ONLINE registration, for an appointment. STOP CALLING YOURSELF URGENT CARE!!! You are so far from an urgent care, you’re a glorified doctor’s office!!!!
